Terms and Conditions – bet393 Pakistan Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bet393 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and every person who creates an account, accesses, or uses the betting and gaming services available at bet393. 2.1 Eligibility

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bet393 account password and login credentials. Do not share your account details with any other person. bet393 will never ask you to share your password over email, phone, or live chat. All financial transactions on bet393 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

Withdrawal requests at bet393 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Only real money balances — not uncleared bonus funds — are eligible for withdrawal.

bet393 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page, as well as the general bonus rules outlined in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to coordinated betting with other accounts to guarantee returns — is prohibited.
• Sports betting bonuses carry a standard wagering requirement of 5× the bonus amount on qualifying sports markets at minimum odds of 1.50.
• Casino and Teen Patti bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 10× the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within 30 days of credit. Uncleared bonuses are forfeited upon expiry.
• bet393 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, change its terms, or refuse eligibility at its discretion where abuse is suspected.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

The bet393 welcome bonus of 100% match up to Rs 30,000 is available to new members on their first qualifying PKR deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The bonus is credited automatically — no promo code required. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per household, device, and payment method. Existing members creating new accounts to claim the welcome bonus again will have those accounts closed and winnings forfeited.

5.3 Free Bets

Free bets credited as part of bet393 promotions are non-withdrawable. Only the net winnings generated from a free bet — above the free bet stake value — are credited as real money. Free bets not used within their stated validity period are cancelled automatically.

All bets placed at bet393 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform.

6.1 Bet Placement

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notification from bet393 with a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not generate a reference number have not been accepted. The minimum stake for a single bet is Rs 50. The minimum stake for an accumulator is Rs 50 across all combined selections.

6.2 Odds

bet393 displays odds in decimal format. The stated odds are the odds at the time your bet is accepted and confirmed. Odds offered on pre-match markets are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. If odds change between your selection and confirmation — and you have enabled "accept any odds" — the updated odds at confirmation time apply.

6.3 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided by bet393 in the following circumstances:

• The event is abandoned, cancelled, or not completed within the stated timeframe for settlement purposes.
• A manifest error in the pricing of the market is identified.
• The event is found to have been subject to match-fixing or corrupt conduct.
• The bet was placed after the market was officially closed.

When a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your bet393 account in full.

6.4 Accumulator Bets

In accumulator bets, all selections must win for the bet to return a profit. If one or more selections in an accumulator are voided, those selections are removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections stand. If all selections except one are voided, the bet is settled as a single at the confirmed odds of the remaining selection.

bet393 offers in-play (live) betting on cricket, football, tennis and other sports. Live betting carries additional considerations that all members should be aware of before placing in-play bets.

• Live odds update in near real-time based on match developments. bet393 cannot guarantee that odds displayed reflect exactly the current match situation at every moment due to processing delays.
• bet393 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any point during a match — for example during a wicket, goal, injury, or technical incident — and to re-open them at updated odds once the situation is assessed.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. Connection issues on the member's end during bet placement do not guarantee acceptance of a bet at the displayed odds.
• The Cash Out feature on qualifying in-play bets is offered at bet393's discretion and may be unavailable at certain times. The cash-out value represents bet393's assessment of the current fair value of the bet — it is not guaranteed to be available at all times during a match.

bet393 operates a live casino featuring real-dealer Teen Patti and poker rooms. The following rules apply to all casino and card game activity:

• All casino games at bet393 are provided by certified game suppliers whose software is tested for fairness by independent third-party auditors. Random number generation (RNG) in non-live games is certified.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in real time. In the event of a technical interruption during a live game — disconnection, stream failure, or system error — bet393 will settle affected rounds based on the last confirmed game state. Where this is impossible, stakes are returned to the player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet393. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Fraud: Use of stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one bet393 account for any purpose.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including coordinated betting with multiple accounts.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets in a calculated manner across accounts or platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Match fixing: Any involvement in, or knowledge of, attempts to fix or manipulate the outcome of any event bet at bet393.
• Money laundering: Using bet393 accounts to process the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Underage use: Accessing or attempting to access bet393 by any person under 18 years of age.
• Technical exploitation: Use of bots, automated scripts, or software tools to gain an unfair advantage in any bet393 product.
• Harassment: Abusive behaviour toward bet393 staff or other members through any channel.

bet393 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been violated. In cases of suspension for investigation, we will notify you by email and provide a reasonable timeframe for you to respond. Where closure is permanent, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) held in the account will be returned to you via your registered payment method following satisfactory verification.

You may close your bet393 account at any time by contacting support@bet393.click. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure request will be settled normally and the resulting balance paid out to your registered payment method.

bet393 takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following tools are available to all bet393 members directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your bet393 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Increasing a limit has a 48-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount over a defined period. Once reached, further betting is suspended for the remainder of that period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a specified time spent actively using the bet393 platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your betting activity for a period of your choice — from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from bet393 for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the stated period has elapsed.

12.1 Bet Dispute Process

If you believe a bet at bet393 has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of settlement by contacting support@bet393.click with your bet reference number and a clear explanation of the dispute. bet393 will review and respond within 5 working days. Our decision following review is final and binding.

12.2 Limitation of Liability

bet393's maximum liability to any member in respect of any single bet or series of related bets arising from a manifest error in pricing is limited to the net profit that would have been earned at the correct price. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special losses of any kind.

Your personal data is collected and processed by bet393 in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering at bet393, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. Key points include:
